Processing Times

At Cahawba Grove Co., we work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Many of our products ship directly from trusted brand partners through Shopify Collective. Processing times may vary depending on the supplier and product ordered.

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–5 business days.
  • Handmade or personalized items may require additional processing time.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the shipping rates provided by our fulfillment partners.

Occasionally, products may ship separately if they come from different suppliers.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by product and carrier but generally range from:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
  • Personalized or Handmade Items: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple trusted suppliers, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.


Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within the United States.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

We will work with the carrier and supplier to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly and may not be eligible for cancellation once submitted.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
